On Tuesday, August 31st the Healthy Kids Clinic will host a Covid-19 Vaccination Clinic from 12:00 (noon) -5:30 p.m. in the Bardstown High School gymnasium. The clinic will offer the Pfizer vaccine and is open to Bardstown City School staff and students ages 12 and up. Students may receive the vaccine while they are at school but guardians must complete and return this vaccine consent form.
