We are proud to announce Bardstown High School’s Young Leaders for 2022-2023! High school sophomores are invited to participate in the Bardstown-Nelson County Chamber of Commerce Young Leaders Institute. The program provides students with a frame of reference for effecting community change and developing within themselves a sense of community involvement and commitment to their community as future citizens and leaders. Selection of students is based on overall achievements such as school attendance, resume, essay, and letter of reference. Overall grades are not required as a deciding selection. These students will attend a leadership academy for 6-7 sessions and have the opportunity to learn about several facets of our community throughout the school year.
